aloha, friend ~

Fresh baked banana bread on Oʻahu.

Locally owned. Baked by Alina, one loaf at a time, with ripe island bananas, brown butter, and a whole lot of aloha, wrapped warm in wax paper.

hi, I'm Alina ✿

my story

Just me, an oven, and a lot of bananas.

Alina’s is a one-woman bakery on Oʻahu. Every loaf is mixed by hand, sweetened with the spottiest, ripest apple bananas she can find at the farmer’s market, and baked slow until the kitchen smells like Saturday morning.

No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just butter, bananas, and a whole lot of aloha.

  • Baked fresh every morning by me
  • Locally owned & operated on Oʻahu
  • Real ingredients you can pronounce
one loaf, done right

I make one thing.

No menu to scroll. No twelve flavors. Just my banana bread, perfected, baked fresh, and wrapped warm.

$12 / loaf

the one and only ✿

My Banana Bread

Tender, deeply golden, with a crackly butter-crust top and the kind of sticky-sweet middle that doesn’t need a thing on it. Best eaten warm, in the parking lot, before you make it home.

what’s inside ~

  • ripe Oʻahu apple bananas
  • browned local butter
  • stone-ground flour
  • cane sugar + a hint of brown
  • farm eggs + vanilla
  • a pinch of Hawaiian sea salt

🌴

Island grown

Apple bananas from local Oʻahu farms. Never the grocery store kind.

🧈

Brown butter base

I brown the butter slowly for that nutty, caramelly depth.

💛

Hand-mixed

No giant industrial mixers. Just wooden spoons and care.
